CV Transform is a registered small business based in Tamil Nadu, India. These terms govern your use of CV Transform's services, including CV Writing, Interview Coaching, CV Consultation, and CV Templates. By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our services
CV Transform provides professional career services: CV Writing (a tailored rewrite of your CV), Interview Coaching (live, role-specific preparation), CV Consultation (one-to-one guidance on your job search), and CV Templates (ready-made, fill-in-yourself templates). Our services are advisory and preparatory. We help you present your experience as effectively as possible, but we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. Any examples, samples, or client testimonials shown on this website reflect individual experiences and are provided for illustration only; they are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
2. Bookings & payment
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, and netbanking). We do not collect or store your payment card details. A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be updated from time to time; the price applicable to your booking is the one shown at the time of payment.
3. What we need from you
To deliver our services you agree to provide accurate, complete information, including your current CV and target role. You confirm the information is truthful and that you have the right to share it. Delays in providing what we need may affect delivery timelines. You are responsible for reviewing the final document for accuracy and suitability before using or submitting it. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our services.
4. Delivery timelines
For CV Writing, your completed CV is typically delivered by email within 2 business days of your consultation, provided we have everything we need. Coaching and consultation sessions are scheduled at a mutually convenient time, with confirmation by email.
5. Revisions
We want you to be happy with your CV. CV Writing includes one complimentary round of revisions after delivery; any additional rounds are available at ₹500 per round. Revisions cover refinements to the work delivered; a substantial change in scope (for example, targeting an entirely different role) may be treated as a new engagement.
6. Cancellations & refunds
For CV Writing, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Once the consultation has taken place and work has begun, the fee is non-refundable. For Interview Coaching and CV Consultation, sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded; sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable. CV Templates are digital products delivered immediately and are non-refundable once purchased.
7. Privacy & your data
The personal information and documents you share with us, including your CV and contact details, are used solely to deliver the service you've booked. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by emailing services@cvtransform.com.
8. Intellectual property
Once payment is complete, the final document we prepare for you is yours to use. Our underlying templates, frameworks, methods, and website content remain the property of CV Transform and may not be resold or redistributed.
9. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard, but career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV Transform's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
10. Third party services
Some parts of our service rely on third party platforms, such as our payment gateway and online scheduling tools. While we select reputable providers, we are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking or purchase is the version that applies to you. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
